Ideas for Summer Border Planting

This inspiring day will examine a wide variety of planting combinations with illustrated talks and an opportunity to draw inspiration from the colourful Hampton Court herbaceous borders.

You will gain plenty of ideas on how to create borders for summer impact, with particular attention to colour combinations. The day will also discuss practical considerations such as improving your soil, sourcing the plants and how to space the plants and decide on numbers to buy.

There is the option to apply the time to working on your own border, if it is in a sunny situation and no greater than 20square metres in area.
