An Introduction to Technical Drawing
To develop an understanding of the principles and techniques of technical drawing for Garden Designers
It can be quite daunting when first starting the technical drafting stage of a Garden design/scheme.

The day is designed to help you gain confidence of this aspect and will be staged from an introduction to the equipment required to draft a garden plan through to some basic pencil exercises, experimenting with planting symbols, concluding with inking of a small section of a garden scheme.
The syllabus includes:
- Introduction to equipment
- Understanding scale, plans and elevations
- Initial Pencil exercises
- Planting symbols
- Initial inking exercise to build confidence
