To understand the principles of One-Point Perspective Drawing and to use this new skill in both formal drawings and sketch perspectivesPlease note: Students MUST be able to draw plans and elevations prior to enrolling.
This workshop is intended to help those who want to be able to produce perspective drawings as a means of illustrating their design ideas to their clients.
Suitable for those who are reasonably practiced at 2D technical drawing. The course is primarily focused on interior design but would still provide the requisite skills for garden design students
Two days
Chelsea Harbour
This is an intermediate course for students who have completed technical drawing training and are familiar with the drafting of plans and elevations. It would also be helpful to have an understanding of axonometric/isometric projection drawing. The initial focus will be the construction of measured one-point-perspective drawings; learning how to plot widths, depths and heights. This new skill will improve students’ understanding of perspective sketching and build confidence.
Where the CPD logo is indicated, these courses would be valuable in our opinion for Continuing Professional Development
