Congratulations to Melanie Woods (KLC Dip 2006) for winning Best New Kitchen Designer 2007 awarded by The Designer magazine. There were over 150 applications, but Mel’s entry was selected for its fresh look, good use of materials and an overall design that came together well and the judges concluded that this was ‘a very accomplished design’. Mel is at Molten Design, a London based company owned by KLC Certificate graduate Clare Pascoe where she works alongside 4 other KLC graduates. www.moltenlondon.co.uk
