Headboard competition opens for 2012

Last year we loved the Savoir Beds’ International Design Grand Prix Competition, which offered students an excellent opportunity to design a bespoke upholstered headboard. The theme for 2011 was glamour and resulted in some excellent interpretations and creations. A number of KLC students entered and the winner and runner-up were both from KLC. The competition is open to all design students and new designers – the competition’s aim is to support and nurture design talent on an international scale. The designs will be voted for in each participating country in an open vote. From the winning designs an international, overall winner will be selected by leading designers and editors.
