KLC Student wins Competition

KLC News • Apr 2009

We are very pleased to announce that KLC student Rosie Nottage has been chosen to design planting beds and high planters for the Design Nation stand at the Chelsea Flower Show. Design Nation are a charity who work to promote the excellence of British design internationally. Their aim at the Chelsea Flower show this year is to promote the work of painters and sculptors whose creations can be used outdoors. Rosie was one of 40 people who responded to the competition and the judges decided her use of English native, and green architectural plants would help to attract people to the stand without distracting from the pieces of sculpture on show or the planters.

Visit Rosie at the Design Nation stand CW4. If you are interested in finding out more about our courses come and visit the klc stand at EA/93
