Recognised Qualifications for Employment
 Vocational qualifications studied from home
KLC School of Design is recognised within the Interior Design and Garden Design Industries for the high calibre of its training. Employers consistently return to KLC to recruit knowing that our Graduates emerge with the relevant and practical skills for the work place. No other distance learning design school has the industry links or careers support that KLC provides.
At the end of either KLC Open Learning Diploma Course, KLC’s Vice Principal, Marcy Brown, is available to offer graduates advice on CV’s, portfolio presentation and career direction and, with many approaches from some of the leading design companies, is often able to put graduates directly in touch with potential employers. Graduates from KLC professional courses are now employed by a range of prestigious companies.
Graduates of the Interior Design Diploma Course with appropriate work experience are eligible to apply to become associate members of the BIID (British Institute of Interior Design) and Garden Design Graduates are encouraged to become members of the Society of Garden Designers.
KLC is the only design college in the UK to be accredited by both the BAC (British Accreditation Council) and the ODLQC (Open & Distance Learning Quality Council).
