Property Success!
Gail Sherrick passed the Open Learning Certificate in 2004. Working in an estate agent’s and armed with the knowledge gained from the course, Gail was commissioned to re-design a property. The house had been on the market for a few months, had lots of viewers and no offers – but sold at the full asking price two weeks after Gail’s improvements had been made! Well-done Gail, may there be much more success with your continued studies on the Open Learning Diploma course.
