This informative course – the second in a series of three - is led by an experienced practising interior designer and aims to help you to maximise the potential of your business, and to smooth and nurture relations with existing and future clients.

This one-day course is the second in a series of three which can be taken separately but are designed to complement each other.

Setting up a Design Practice: (KLC Business Skills 1) is an introductory course covering the fundamental preparation required to support the physical, digital, administrative, regulatory, and promotional activities of a new design business.  

Effective Project Coordination: (KLC Business Skills 3) looks in detail at the process of running and managing interior design projects specifically.

NOTE: The first course in this series is suited to both garden and interior designers, and may be led by a specialist from either discipline.  Days 2 and 3 are more specific to interior design practice.
