KLC Connect Designers Evening at Waterworks

KLC Connect is an initiative which aims at introducing and connecting students to the interior design community. Launched in 2017, KLC Connect is designed to facilitate the transition from studying to employment. During these events, students have the chance to meet and talk with interior designers, industry experts and suppliers.

KLC hosted another successful Designers Evening at the Waterworks showroom which allowed our students to meet leading designers from a variety of interior design areas and gain insights into their work, the qualities they look for in their employees and their view of the industry’s future.

Senior designers attended to represent the following companies;

Vanassa Cayatte (owner), Meraki Design (owner) Eris Koutsoudakis, Rebecca Hughes (senior designer) Milly Gauntlett, Katharine Pooley (senior designer) Hannah Durojaiye, Natalia Miyar (senior designer)  Mert Gurel, Nina Campbell (Senior Designer) Joanna Draper, Salvesen Graham (Owner Nicole +1) Romilly Wood / Laura King, Taylor Howes (Senior Designer) Andrew Wilford, KS Design (Owner) Kirsten Stein

The evening was extremely informative and valuable to all, thank you to all involved in making this a great success.

We look forward to our upcoming KLC Connect events that will continue to assist in preparing our students for their professional careers in the interior design industry.
