Running a Profitable Design Business: (KLC Business Skills 2) takes a closer look at the relationship between your business and your clients, and considers how to grow your business and increase revenues and profits.
Effective Project Coordination: (KLC Business Skills 3) looks in detail at the process of running and managing interior design projects specifically.
NOTE: This first course is suited to both garden and interior designers, and may be led by a specialist from either discipline. The other courses in this series are more specific to interior design practice.
